Who are you?
- You have at least 10 years of experience in the corporate world, preferably in larger SMEs and multinationals.
- You have an extensive and active network in the marketing and business sectors.
- You have several years of FMCG experience. Do you also have B2B experience? That’s a big plus!
- You stay up to date with the latest trends in the marketing world.
- You have experience managing a team.
- Working closely with the sales department is nothing new to you.
- You’re ready to trade the rigid structures of larger companies for the dynamism and flexibility of a newly established entity.

- You have a master’s degree.
- You’ll be solely responsible for further developing the new “Marketing Services” business unit under the Kingsberry umbrella, including: P&L, Operations, Human Resources: recruitment and training Knowledge, Management Marketing and Sales
- You don’t have a “close to home” mentality.
- You can work independently, are a natural leader, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
- You’ll report directly to the owners of the holding company.
