Who are you?
Project Management
- You lead a team of online marketers in implementing concrete campaigns.
- You communicate with clients about quotes, progress, obstacles, and deliverables.
- You monitor budgets.
- You oversee deadlines.
Strategic insight and knowledge of online marketing
- You’re familiar with the many facets of online marketing.
- You understand areas such as email marketing, social media advertising, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, etc.
- You can interpret data and analyze results.
- You report results to clients in straightforward language.
- You provide clear feedback, findings, and insights to the team.
- You take responsibility for following up on these matters.
Client Relations
- You are the primary point of contact for our clients.
- You build strong client relationships.
- You accurately identify their needs and can provide insightful answers.
- You set and maintain boundaries diplomatically.
- You live and breathe marketing, with a focus on online marketing.
- You’re focused on the company’s growth and spot new opportunities.

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing and project management.
- You have a master’s degree.
- You speak fluent Dutch and have a good basic knowledge of English and French.
- You have strong writing skills and can assess texts.
- You have an eye for graphic design and can evaluate designs.
- You have solid knowledge of classic MS Office programs.
- You possess strong communication skills.
- You are flexible, structured, motivated, and solution-oriented.
